Fire Chief Billy Wilson

Chief Wilson has been in the fire service for 35 years. He began his career as a firefighter and paramedic in a small coastal community about 2 hours south of Houston, where he reached the ranks of Senior Captain and Fire Marshal. In 1994 he joined the Village Fire Department where, in addition to serving as Deputy Chief, he is also an Arson Investigator and Fire Inspector.

Chief Wilson joined the Willowfork Fire Department when it began in January 2003 as a shift Captain. In late 2003 he was named Interim Fire Chief, and in 2004 the position became permanent.

Battalion Chief Kevin Walters

Battalion Chief Kevin Walters has been in the fire service for 25 years. He began his journey in the fire service in 1992 when he joined his home town volunteer fire department in Magnolia. This ignit

ed his passion for the fire service and shortly thereafter, decided to make firefighting his career. In 1998 he started working full time at the Village Fire Department where he climbed the promotional ladder from Firefighter, to Paramedic, Captain, and then Senior Captain. Simultaneously Chief Walters climbed the promotional ladder in Magnolia and in 2006 was promoted to Assistant Chief, a position he still holds today. In May of 2016 he was named one of the first fulltime Battalion Chiefs for the Willowfork Fire Department.

 Battalion Chief Tim Wagers

Tim Wagers has been involved with emergency services since 1987 when he first became a volunteer firefighter with the City of Brenham. While serving as a volunteer firefighter, he attended EMT/Paramedic school and in 1990 obtained a full-time job with the Washington County EMS. Wagers remained in their service until 1993 when he joined the Montgomery County Hospital District EMS. In 1996 he became an employee of the City of Humble Fire Department and most recently, he accepted a position with the City of Katy Fire Department as a Battalion Chief on the B shift.

Tim Wagers has worked for the Willowfork Fire Department since its inception in January 2003 and currently serves as the Battalion Chief on the A shift.

Battalion Chief Glenn Vincent

Chief Glen Vincent has served as a firefighter for over 33 years, beginning as a volunteer in 1984 with Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department in Houston. Chief Vincent graduated from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Office Firefighter Training School in 1986 and continued to volunteer as a Second Lieutenant over training until 1990. In 1987, he began his career at Village Fire Department where he rose in rank from Firefighter to Driver/Operator to Captain I and retired as Captain II after more than 29 years of service.

In 2008, Chief Vincent began working part-time at Willowfork Fire Department as a Captain; offering his skills and expertise for the quickly growing area of Cinco Ranch. In 2016, Chief Vincent was appointed one of the first Battalion Chiefs for Willowfork Fire Department. His responsibilities include maintenance of the stations, apparatus and equipment; pre-fire plans of major commercial structures and schools, as well as identifying potential target hazards; and, ensuring uniforms meet compliance standards for station wear.
